ABOUT
BEGIN 2 NETWORK
Begin 2 Network CIC brings people together, reduces isolation and creates opportunities for residents to connect, participate, volunteer, develop skills and move forward.
Starting in Southam as a pilot, B2N supports community activities, social events, biodiversity and environmental projects, encouraging people of all ages to get involved, meet others and make a positive difference.
Working alongside residents, community groups, charities, businesses and local organisations, B2N aims to strengthen community connections, improve wellbeing and create lasting opportunities for everyone.
Meet The Founder
Begin 2 Network was founded by Director John Farey, drawing on over 25 years of experience in gardening, landscaping, biodiversity and grounds maintenance, alongside volunteering and community involvement.
Through practical experience and an understanding of the challenges people face, John developed B2N to help residents build connections, discover opportunities, develop confidence and skills, and play an active part in improving their communities.
Community Activities & Social Events
B2N brings people together through welcoming community activities and social events.
Classic Board Games Evenings began at Pickled & Tipsy Café in Southam on 30 July 2026 and are now held on the first Thursday of every month, creating opportunities for laughter, friendly competition and new conversations.
B2N is also exploring family activities, community trails, wildlife challenges, environmental projects and other opportunities for people of all ages to participate.
Whether attending alone, with friends or as a family, everyone is welcome to get involved.
Information and Signposting
B2N helps people discover useful information from charities, community organisations and local support services.
By sharing information through community activities and developing connections, B2N aims to make it easier for residents to find support and explore opportunities available to them.
Community & Environmental Projects
B2N works to turn community ideas into practical projects that benefit local people and the environment.
From improving green spaces and encouraging biodiversity to supporting local organisations and creating volunteering opportunities, the aim is to bring people together to make a positive difference.
B2N also explores funding opportunities and works with local groups to develop projects that respond to community needs.
Small actions can lead to lasting improvements when people work together.
